The BANF Arts Education Peer-to-Peer Mentorship program is designed for BIPOC founded and led arts organizations which are interested in building or deepening their K-12 arts education programming. This cohort-based capacity building experience includes guided peer-to-peer mentorship, network building with resource sharing strategies, and technical supports over the course of 18 months. Organizations within the cohort will be paired based on areas where they would like to strengthen capacities and will share and learn from one another as well as the larger cohort. Organizations will be provided a $10,000 stipend for participating in the cohort as well as an opportunity to pursue additional funding for direct program support during their participation.
